BPM381H1: Buddhist Perspectives on Current Social Issues



Explores Buddhist approaches to a wide range of current social, political and environmental issues (e.g., abortion, euthanasia, animal rights, suicide, sexuality). Through critical examination, students draw contrasts and comparisons with the more familiar Western approaches to these ethical and moral dilemmas.
