A continuation of DRM228H1, concentrating on the in-depth knowledge and practice of playwriting with an emphasis on style and technique of writing for the stage. Students develop their own work through written assignments, in-class exercises, and a final public presentation. Restricted to students in the Drama Specialist and Major or by permission from the Centre. An application and writing samples (due April 10th) are required in order to be considered for enrollment in this course. Prerequisite
Minimum 70% in required courses: DRM101Y1; DRM228H1; and a portfolio of writing samples due on April 10th.
