This course investigates Italy's pivotal role in epochal cultural changes:  from manuscript to print and from print to computers.  The impacts of Print Technology in the Renaissance and of Electronic Technology from Marconi onward are thoroughly analyzed.  This course includes a component designed to enhance students' research experience.
